东风锻造有限公司  是由东风汽车有限公司与东风汽车工业进出口有限公司共同投资4.5亿元人民币，在东风汽车有限公司锻造厂和湖北神力锻造有限责任公司的基础上改制而成。主要从事全系列汽车钢质模锻件的设计开发和生产经营。建立有湖北省认定的企业技术中心，国家高新技术企业。
     Dongfeng Forging Co., Ltd, invested by Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd and Dongfeng Motor Industry Imp.&Exp. Co.,Ltd, is the combination of the forging plant of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd and Hubei Shenli Forging Co., Ltd.

      东风锻造有限公司以曲轴、连杆、轮毂、齿轮等为主导产品，生产能力达115000吨/年。公司运用CAD/CAE/CAM等手段，在高、精、大锻件的开发和制造上独具优势。拥有18MN-120MN系列热模锻压力机、4.5MN-16MN系列水平分模平锻机和哈德贝尔快速镦锻机组成的锻造生产线。通过TS16949质量体系认证，配备超声波、磁力探伤、三坐标测量仪等检测手段。以高速数控加工实现高精度模具的快速制造。
      Its main products are cranks, rods, hubs and gears with the capability of 115,000 tons per year. It has the unique advantage on R&D and production of high-class, accurate and big forgings. It has a series of forging production lines, including hot die forging presses ranged from 18MN to 120MN and horizontal forging presses ranged from 4.5MN to 16MN. It also has complete test equipments, such as ultrasonic test machines, fluorescence detectors and three-coordinates measuring machines, etc. It has the quality certifications of TS16949. Accurate toolings are manufactured by CNC.

      东风锻造有限公司下属子公司－－湖北神力锻造有限责任公司，总投资22227万元，拥有125MN热模锻压力机自动线、车桥总成装配线和汽车前轴、三臂等零件加工线。年产销锻件2.36万吨，加工成品能力为150000件/年。
      Hubei Shenli Forging Co., Ltd, as its subsidiary company, possesses the total investment of 222.27 million RMB. It has a 125MN hot automatic forging press line with the capability of 23,600 ton forgings, an axle assembly line and four machining lines of axles and arms with the capability of 150,000 pieces per year.
